BSL Lead Return Policy (updated 02/01/2021) 

Leads can be returned within seven days for the following reasons: 

⮚ Outside your selected geographies 
⮚ Phone number is disconnected 
⮚ Duplicate lead 
All lead returns are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team before being approved or rejected. 

Please Note: There are some returns that BSL cannot accept, either due to their subjective nature, or because it involves a component of the lead that is outside our control. Reasons such as: “no contact”, “not interested” and “bad credit”, to name a few, are not covered by our policy. However, our pricing incorporates the fact that not all leads will turn into opportunities. 

One lead return is approved, fresh leads will be issued to replace the cost of the lead return.

BSL may revise this return policy from time to time.
